The dress code is summer formal. Above all, we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the day, so please wear something you feel great in.
As much as we love the little ones in our lives, limited space (and the fruitfulness of Bà ngoại!) mean that we’re keeping the celebrations adults-only. We’ll miss them dearly and appreciate you making arrangements to join us.
There’ll be plenty of cake to take home for them.
For the ceremony at Merri Creek Anglican, parking is available along Station Street and in the car park behind the shops at 81 Gillies Street, Fairfield VIC 3078. Please allow a little extra time to find a spot and settle in before the ceremony.
For the reception at the beautiful Rippon Lea Estate, parking is limited. We recommend the neighbouring side streets, including Hotham Road. Please allow some extra time to park and make your way to the estate at a relaxed pace.
Please allow around 45 minutes to an hour to travel between the ceremony and reception.
We kindly ask that you arrange your own transport, and appreciate you making the journey.
Yes, we warmly encourage you to arrive early and take some time to explore the beautiful gardens at Rippon Lea Estate before making your way to the ballroom and pool area for canapés.
For those travelling from afar, we recommend Melbourne’s CBD or Southbank if you’d like to enjoy the city during your visit. Richmond and South Yarra are also lovely, lively neighbourhoods to explore, with cafés, restaurants and Airbnb options. Elsternwick and Ripponlea are ideal if you’d prefer to stay closer to our reception.
